Dr. Vinay Goyal, an IAS officer of the 2016 batch, has officially assumed the role of State Mission Director for the National Health Mission (NHM) in Kerala. He takes over from K. Jeevan Babu, who has been appointed as Managing Director of the Kerala Water Authority. In addition to his new role at NHM, Dr. Goyal also becomes the Director of the Kerala State IT Mission and Project Director at eHealth Kerala. His appointment marks a significant step towards advancing Kerala’s health and digital infrastructure.
